Job Title : Backend Java Lead - Agentic AI.Experience : 10+ Years.Location : Remote.Employment Type : Full Time/Contract.Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead backend architecture and hands-on development for Sales Agent, Document Upload Service, BFF (Backend-for-Frontend), and supporting service layers.- Design and implement agentic AI architectures and frameworks, working hands-on with AI agents, agent orchestration, MCP tools/services, and A2A integration.- Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring AI, ensuring reliable and deterministic execution through domain APIs.- Design and integrate REST/OData APIs, SAP Commerce OCC APIs,



and external services.- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2/JWT and manage API integrations through Azure API Management.- Establish backend integration patterns and BFF architecture aligned with frontend and platform requirements.- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, security, and observability using OpenTelemetry and SonarQube.- Guide developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive engineering best practices.- Support containerized service deployments and collaborate with frontend, AI, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Use Python scripting where required for automation and supporting backend workflows.Tech Stack & Skills : - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring AI, MCP tools, A2A integration.- REST/OData APIs, SAP Commerce OCC, OAuth2, JWT, Azure API Management.- OpenTelemetry, SonarQube, MySQL, Python, Containerization.
