We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Exposure Management to help achieve this mission.

The Senior Product Manager – Exposure Management will contribute to our Product Management organization by leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Arctic Wolf's Aurora Exposure Management platform. This role requires deep familiarity with Exposure Management technologies, specifically vulnerability detection and content generation methods. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with engineering and user experience teams to decompose business needs into detailed technical requirements and ensure consistent value delivery.

Align product requirements with strategic objectives for Aurora Exposure Management, ensuring clarity and traceability from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, security operations, threat research, customer success, and leadership teams to prioritize initiatives and evaluate trade-offs.
Decompose high-level product goals into actionable development tasks and user stories, ensuring completeness and clarity.
Conduct competitive and technical research to inform roadmap decisions and differentiate Arctic Wolf's Aurora Exposure Management offering.
Support backlog grooming and sprint planning with a focus on technical feasibility and business value.
You have significant experience in Product Management within cybersecurity or security operations environments.




You have a strong understanding of vulnerability management, scan technologies, vulnerability content, asset discovery, and remediation technologies.
You have a good understanding of breach and attack simulation, adversarial security, or penetration testing.
You have experience managing complex product roadmaps that span multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
You are skilled at prioritization, trade-off analysis, backlog management, and agile product delivery.
You have a strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
You can clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teams.
You have a proven ability to identify risks, resolve ambiguities, and drive alignment across complex initiatives.

6+ years of prior product management experience, ideally in exposure management, vulnerability management, or endpoint and network security.

- Engineering or technical background, such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud-native, multi-tenant platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with Aha, Jira, agile planning tools, and product analytics platforms.

Experience with breach and attack simulation, adversarial security, or penetration testing.
An MBA degree.
