We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with 10 - 14 years of expertise in enterprise application development, microservices architecture, workflow automation, cloud-native platforms, and real-time data processing. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Flowable, Kafka, Azure, Kubernetes, and modern integration technologies. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of software architecture, system design, performance optimization, and distributed systems, along with exposure to AI-assisted software development and Generative AI technologies. This role involves designing and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.- Lead the technical design and implementation of high-performance, high-throughput applications supporting real-time streaming and time-series data processing.- Develop workflow automation solutions using Flowable and integrate business processes with enterprise applications.- Build and optimize event-driven architectures and data streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka.- Design and implement secure REST APIs and enterprise integrations using OAuth 2.0, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and other authentication and authorization mechanisms.- Develop and optimize data access layers using ORM frameworks such as JPA and iBatis, working with PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Redis, and Oracle.- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure,



leveraging containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Contribute to cloud infrastructure automation and configuration management using Terraform.- Implement reliable CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices to ensure software quality and faster delivery.- Apply AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.- Explore and contribute to Generative AI and agentic engineering solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and LangChain4j, where applicable.- Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, and other observability tools.- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed technology teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, establish engineering best practices, and contribute to technical decision-making.- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.- Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.Required Skills :- Programming : Strong hands-on expertise in Java, with working knowledge of Python.- Backend Development : Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, enterprise application development, and distributed systems.- Workflow Automation : Flowable and workflow-driven application development.- Messaging and Streaming : Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, data streaming, and real-time processing.- ORM and Data Access : JPA, iBatis, and related persistence frameworks.- Databases : PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Redis, Oracle, and experience working with structured and unstructured data.
