Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
Ensure project goals align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Ensure best practices in software development, system architecture, and security.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage and align cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders.
Handle stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.

Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
Monitor project health and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

Budget & Resource Management
Define and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasting.
Ensure alignment of team capacity with project timelines.
Implement Agile, Scrum,



or other project management methodologies as per project needs.
Continuously improve project management processes and frameworks.
Advocate for automation, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) , cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies .
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or other project management tools .
Experience with Salesforce, AWS, Azure, or other enterprise platforms is preferred.

Project Management Skills
Proven experience in managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Robust organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech or M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus
- 7-8 years of experience in software development or IT leadership, with a proven track record in project management.
