About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage sales and operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other relevant platforms.
2. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
3. Ensure proper product listing, catalogue management, pricing, and product information across all platforms.
4. Maintain optimum product availability and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs.
5. Coordinate with platform key account managers for business growth, promotions, and visibility opportunities.
6. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, offers, and seasonal activities. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. Graduate/Post Graduate in marketing, business administration, commerce, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, FMCG, or the dairy industry.
3. Experience in handling platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, or BigBasket will be preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
5. Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to understand sales and inventory data.
