We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ITSM , Employee Center Pro , and ITAM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, integrations, workflows, catalog development, and platform customization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
Design and enhance Employee Center Pro portals, widgets, and user experiences.
Configure and maintain ITAM functionalities including Asset Management and CMDB integrations.




Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide performance optimization recommendations.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
~ Strong experience in:
~ JavaScript
Service Portal / UI Builder

Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management concepts.
Knowledge of ACLs, Data Policies, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Positive to have
