To coordinate all the site application & training function of the Region for Fosroc India, supporting the business in terms of developing applicator skills, training and engagement/retention strategy. This is a key strategic role for Fosroc regions, supporting the management in terms of Technical strategy execution, Billing, support, Quality and enhancing the company as a preferred choice amongst Opinion makers and Customers through creative Constructive solutions.
Help on Sample application and site testing wherever required

Be the custodian of all FES testing Equipment at the site level.

Co-ordinate, attend and record all periodic meetings between site in-charge and site engineer from client side along with applicator teams. Send MOMs to contract manager, RTSMs/CTSM.

Ensure the implementation of all application steps, procedures and site audits as instructed by RTSMs

Also assist RTSMs and CTSMs and contract managers in closers for consumption of material and reconciliation.

Keep a tab and report on competitor activities in other part of the site(if any) and update it to Sales and RTSM's

Training to applicator work force at sites.
