RotationalResponsibilities :- Act as the final escalation point for complex network and security incidents- Troubleshoot IP/MPLS backbones, core routers, firewalls, and CGNAT platforms- Lead major incident calls (P1/P2) and drive rapid service restoration- Support and mentor Tier-1 and Tier-2 NOC teams- Diagnose issues across MPLS, VPNs, routing protocols, and performance- Handle escalations related to firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and security policies- Collaborate with vendors such as Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Check Point- Review and support network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities- Produce RCAs and technical documentation and share knowledge across teamsRequired Skill :- Robust hands-on experience with IP/MPLS networks- Expertise in MPLS, L3VPN/L2VPN, VPLS/EVPN- Solid knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS- Experience with firewalls and CGNAT platforms- Exposure to Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Check Point technologies- Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills- Familiarity with monitoring and packet analysis toolsQualification and Certifications (Preferred) :- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field- Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, Nokia NRS, Fortinet NSE, or Check Point are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
