Overview

The Gallagher Center of Excellence is on the lookout for Associate to join our esteemed Claims t eam . As an associate – Claims Reporting , the associate will be responsible for learning and gaining proficiency in assigned processes, successfully completing required certifications, and delivering high-quality operational support. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration within the Shared Services team.

About you

Qualifications:

- Minimum Required Degree: Graduate
- Preferred Degree: Any bachelors degree
- Certificate(s)/Special Training: Customer Service – Need to have/ Insurance Domain knowledge – Good to have

Experience (Career Level Guide):

- 1 yr of experience in Insurance will be good to have
- Good Academic record (50% or above)
- Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Positive Comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge of computers
