Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles across the firm.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage top talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration:



Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing Withum's employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and opportunities through various channels.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to refine processes, improve efficiency, and make informed hiring decisions.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, employment laws, and industry best practices.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, contributing to their early engagement and success.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a professional services or advisory firm.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
