The ideal candidate combines the strategic thinking of a consultant with the execution discipline and technical understanding of a Data Program Manager.

Enterprise Client Management: Partner with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, shape solutions, and drive strategic initiatives.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution approaches, working closely with engineering, data, and product teams.

Systems & Process Transformation: Assess workflows and platform capabilities, identify limitations in tools such as Recruiterflow,



and drive decisions on integrations, workarounds, or alternative solutions.

Data & Technology Programs: Lead data warehouse initiatives, including requirements gathering, data source mapping, dependency management, implementation planning, and delivery oversight.

Risk & Stakeholder Management: Manage cross-functional dependencies, anticipate risks, communicate trade-offs, and drive timely decisions across client and internal teams.

Experience in program management, data program management, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation.

Robust understanding of data systems, integrations, APIs, databases, and technology architecture, with the ability to engage in technical discussions.

Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail.

MBA preferred; experience in technology, data, or management consulting is an advantage.
