Lead Backend Java DeveloperAbout the Role : We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Java Developer with solid expertise in building scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about hands-on engineering, modern backend architectures, distributed systems, and solving complex technical challenges.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding, contributing to architectural discussions, and has the ambition to grow into a Solution Architect role over time.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.- Build and enhance scalable microservices-based architectures.- Develop event-driven and asynchronous systems using Kafka.- Work closely with cloud-native deployments and AWS services.- Design robust APIs and backend integrations for enterprise-grade applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.- Participate in system design discussions, technical planning, and solution reviews.- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and deployment automation.- Take ownership of technical delivery while remaining deeply hands-on.Required Skills & Experience :
