About the job
Key Responsibilities :

1. Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
2. Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
3. Clearly explain property projects, configurations, amenities, location, pricing, payment plans, and USPs to prospective customers.
4. Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
5. Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and purchase timeline.
6. Coordinate with the sales team and schedule property/site visits.
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
8. Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with prospective customers.
9. Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
10. Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing a premium real estate brand. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. 1+ years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales, customer relationship management, or real estate.
2. Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
3. Confident and comfortable speaking with premium/high-value customers.
4. Positive working knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
5. Candidates with experience in real estate, luxury/premium products, banking, insurance, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries will be preferred.
