Position: AI Palantir Developer – Digital Engineering (Senior)
EY Consulting Digital Engineering is seeking highly skilled and customer focused AI Palantir Developers to operate at the frontlines of enterprise transformation. Highly skilled Senior AI Palantir Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and data solutions using the Palantir ecosystem (Foundry, AIP, Ontology, Workshop, Pipeline Builder, and Agent Frameworks). The ideal candidate will combine expertise in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, and business process transformation to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions that solve complex business challenges..

The role requires close collaboration with architects, data scientists, business stakeholders, and product owners to develop intelligent applications, AI-powered workflows, digital twins, knowledge graphs, and operational decision-support systems. Palantir experience with Ontology modeling, AIP automation, and enterprise integrations is highly desirable
You will be instrumental in driving future-ready digital engineering capabilities across product engineering, platform modernization, and AI-enabled transformation programs.

Design and implement solutions on Palantir Foundry and Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP).
Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and reusable data products.
Configure and implement enterprise data models, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs

AI & Agentic AI Development
Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems
Collaborate with cross-functional squads (architects,



data scientists, designers, and product teams).
Lead development workstreams in Agile environments.
Support production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Ability to design modular, composable, scalable digital platforms.
5+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, or data engineering experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI or analytics solutions.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.

Experience with Palantir AIP Agent Builder.
Experience in digital twin, IoT, or industrial AI solutions. Enterprise projects involving AI Palantir squads, ontology creation, document intelligence, and operational automation indicate increasing demand for these capabilities.
Knowledge of Graph Databases and Knowledge Graph architectures.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms.
Familiarity with Responsible AI, Governance, and Security frameworks.
