Team Lead — Sales Lead a team of sales executives on PCD franchise sales — distributor enquiries, conversion, orders and collections.

Lead and train the sales executives handling PCD franchise enquiries

Help the team close larger distributor enquiries

Follow orders, collections and after-sales with the team

Report team sales to management

Graduate preferred

Experience: 5+ years in PCD pharma franchise sales, including handling a sales team. Only candidates with PCD pharma franchise experience will be considered.
