Company Description Bubz Functional Beverages Private Limited is a new-age beverage company building India's next generation of better-for-you sodas. Its flagship brand, Bubz, offers 'Real Soda. Naturally sweetened with monk fruit and under 15 calories per can, Bubz comes in four flavors: The brand targets conscious consumers such as Gen Z, young professionals, and fitness enthusiasts through D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade channels. Bubz aims to make functional beverages mainstream in India by delivering health-forward drinks that remain cool, social, and aspirational. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade channels, including prospecting potential partners and retail accounts. The Business Development Executive will manage lead generation activities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and support account management to drive sales growth and brand visibility.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales pitches and proposals, tracking pipeline activities, and providing regular performance reports. The role also collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.

Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.

Solid understanding of Business and commercial acumen, including basic negotiation and revenue growth concepts.

Experience in Account Management, maintaining relationships, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

Relevant experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer brands is preferred.

Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis for tracking performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
