Lead and coordinate design management activities to deliver assigned business plan outcomes, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, budgets, and deadlines.

Guide and support project-based design management teams, ensuring stakeholder requirements and project briefs are consistently achieved.

Maintain robust governance and management systems across the project lifecycle, driving compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Analyse, interpret,



and present performance data, KPIs, and management review outputs to support informed decision-making and project success.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and the coordinated delivery of project outcomes.

Promote knowledge sharing, leverage Centre of Excellence expertise, and contribute to Mace's net zero carbon ambitions through the proactive management of carbon impacts and reductions.

Bachelor's degree in architecture.

Experience in the relevant field.
