About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows).
3. Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other email clients.
4. Perform laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting.
5. Assemble and disassemble computers, ensuring proper installation of components.
6. Install and configure applications and drivers as required.
7. Provide remote and in office support for end-users.
8. Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and system configurations.
9. Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches and security updates.
10. Support peripheral devices (printers, scanners, monitors, docking stations).
11. Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Skill(s) required
