Responsibilities

Test HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and PROFIBUS communication protocol-supported electronic device descriptions for usability using DeltaV, AMS, and HH475.

Test HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and PROFIBUS-based field-device integration with DeltaV and AMS.

Write test plans and log issues in the issue database.

Communicate test metrics and status to the lead at periodic intervals.

Diagnose issues and apply analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Knowledge or experience with process field devices including flow, level, temperature, pressure, and final control devices such as control valves.

Knowledge or experience with HART, Foundation Fieldbus, PROFIBUS, and Modbus industrial communication protocols.

Knowledge or experience with AMS, HH475, or DeltaV systems.

Valuable written communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to learn quickly and communicate transparently.

A bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering is preferred.
