We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in HRSD, Employee Workflows, and Employee Center Pro modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and employee experience solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR and employee workflow solutions while ensuring platform best practices and high-quality implementations.
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Workflows solutions.
Design and enhance Employee Center Pro portals and employee self-service experiences.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.




Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Customize Service Portal/UI Builder components and widgets as per business requirements.
Support platform enhancements, defect fixes, upgrades, and production support activities.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
~ Strong experience in:
~ JavaScript
Service Portal / UI Builder
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
CAD certification is a plus.
HRSD implementation experience is an added advantage.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
