A Fortune 200 global organisation is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding research team. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Research Analyst, you will gather, structure, and interpret information across markets, competitors, and internal data, turning scattered inputs into clear briefs that guide real decisions.
Research & Analysis
Run primary and secondary research across markets, industries, and competitors
Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple internal and external sources




1 to 5 years in research, analysis, or a related insight role

- Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort with data
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or survey tools
A postgraduate qualification in economics, statistics, or business
Experience supporting cross-functional or global teams
A founding research role at a global organisation's India centre
