Key Responsibilities

- Lead design systems, typography hierarchy, component libraries, and interactive prototyping in Figma.
- Conduct user testing sessions with HR leaders and candidates to refine navigation and flow.
- Partner closely with frontend engineers to ensure 1:1 fidelity in implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 4+ years designing complex B2B SaaS applications or consumer-grade web experiences.
- Mastery of Figma, design systems, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
