What You'll Build : - Develop and improve Kshm's website and digital products.- Build rapid, responsive, and scalable applications across the frontend and backend.- Architect and deploy advanced tracking infrastructure (Meta Conversions API, Server-Side GTM, GA4) to ensure 100% data fidelity for the growth team.- Execute high-velocity A/B tests and optimize the D2C checkout funnel and landing page architecture for maximum Conversion Rate.- Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and leadership to bring ideas to life.- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, shipping partners, and internal business tools.- Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals to eliminate hidden budget leaks, reduce bounce rates, and improve ROAS.- Own features from idea to deployment.- Write clean, maintainable code that scales as we grow.- Continuously look for smarter, faster ways to build.What We're Looking For : - 2 - 5 years of experience building web applications.- Strong experience with React.js, Node.js,
