The firm works across business and real estate activities, helping connect property owners, brokers, buyers, and other stakeholders through informed research, relationship building, and coordinated execution.

Responsibilities

- Identify lands, plots, and properties available for sale, and collect preliminary information such as location, area, quoted price, ownership, and availability.
- Build relationships with brokers, agents, owners, and channel partners while following up on active leads.
- Coordinate buyer enquiries, approved property information, meetings, property visits, and feedback tracking.
- Research Bengaluru property prices, demand patterns, competing listings, and potential sourcing or sales channels.
- Maintain property listings, broker databases, lead trackers, call records, and follow-up reports.




- Support local travel for property visits and contribute to day-to-day real estate sales and business development activities.

Requirements

- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong interest in real estate, sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Clear communication skills, confidence in calling, and a consistent follow-up approach.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits and broker or buyer meetings.
- Kannada and English communication skills are desirable; Hindi or other regional languages are an advantage.

This 3-month internship offers hands-on exposure to land sourcing, property marketing, broker coordination, market research, lead generation, and sales support. Interns will have opportunities to build a professional network and may be considered for a full-time prospect based on performance and business requirements. A completion certificate will be provided.
