Vice President - GenAI Strategy & Business TransformationWe are looking for an experienced Vice President - GenAI Strategy & Business Transformation to drive enterprise-wide Generative AI adoption and business transformation initiatives within financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in AI strategy, enterprise AI adoption, digital transformation, and implementing AI-powered solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute enterprise-wide GenAI strategy and AI adoption roadmaps.- Drive AI-led business transformation across banking, financial services, investment banking, and asset management.- Identify high-impact GenAI use cases and scale solutions from proof of concept to production.- Lead the adoption of LLMs, AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent automation.- Partner with senior business leaders, technology teams, and risk and compliance stakeholders.- Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, data privacy,



and risk management frameworks.- Measure AI adoption, productivity improvements, business impact, and ROI.- Lead change management and enterprise-wide AI implementation initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, AI strategy, digital transformation, or business transformation.- Proven experience in GenAI strategy, enterprise AI adoption, or large-scale AI transformation.- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.- Experience moving AI initiatives from pilot to production and driving organizational adoption.- Strong knowledge of financial services, banking, investment banking, or asset management.- Experience with AI governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
