FundsIndia is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to support its recruitment function in Chennai. This internship offers practical exposure to the complete hiring lifecycle within a professional business environment, including candidate engagement, coordination, and recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Assist with resume screening, candidate database updates, recruitment trackers, and follow-up activities.
- Help prepare recruitment reports and contribute to improving the candidate experience.
- Learn and follow professional recruitment processes, documentation standards, and internal hiring practices.





Requirements

- Open to graduates and postgraduates from any discipline.
- Interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn Talent Acquisition processes.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work full time from the Chennai office for the duration of the internship.

This is a paid, six-month internship with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. The selected intern will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, and recruitment administration.
