LucentDrive Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. develops shape-adaptive Vertical Axis Wind Turbines for distributed renewable-energy generation. Our systems are intended for urban, rooftop, hilly, offshore and remote high-wind environments, including micro wind farm applications. We are looking for an Electronics Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to support the development, testing and field integration of turbine electronics, control systems, sensing and embedded hardware.

Position Overview

The Electronics Engineer will work with mechanical, electrical and controls engineers to develop reliable electronic systems for wind turbines and hybrid renewable-energy platforms. The role combines hands-on prototyping, PCB-level work, sensors, embedded control, data acquisition, communication interfaces and field troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, assemble, test and troubleshoot electronic control hardware for wind-turbine prototypes and deployed systems.
- Integrate sensors for speed, vibration, temperature, position, voltage, current and environmental monitoring.
- Support embedded-control development using microcontrollers, development boards or industrial controllers.
- Assist with PCB schematic review, component selection, prototyping, soldering, wiring and hardware validation.
- Integrate motor/generator interfaces, relays, contactors, protection circuits and low-voltage power supplies.
- Work with communication interfaces and industrial protocols such as UART, RS-485, CAN, Modbus or similar systems.
- Develop and support data acquisition, condition monitoring and remote performance-monitoring systems.
- Participate in prototype testing, field commissioning, fault diagnosis and corrective actions.




- Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, test procedures, test reports and basic BOMs.
- Coordinate with the wider engineering team on electrical safety, EMC/EMI robustness and system reliability.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or a closely related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant industrial, R&D;, product-development or strong project experience in

electronics/embedded systems.

- Positive understanding of analog and digital electronics, sensors, signal conditioning and basic power electronics.
- Hands-on ability with multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering tools and laboratory test equipment.
- Ability to read electronic schematics, wiring diagrams and component datasheets.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Embedded C/C++ and microcontroller platforms such as STM32, ESP32, Arduino or equivalent.
- PCB design exposure using KiCad, Altium, Eagle or similar tools.
- Experience with MATLAB and/or Python for test automation, signal analysis or engineering calculations.
- Knowledge of control systems, motor drives, generator control, power converters or battery/renewable-energy electronics.
- Familiarity with IoT, remote monitoring, SCADA or cloud-connected sensor systems is an advantage.
