About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally, along with good Excel skills and a strong understanding of GST, TDS, sales, purchase, and logistics-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain accurate bank records.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO).
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and related documentation.
- Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
- Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliation, and compliance support.
- Handle TDS-related entries, deductions, and records.
- Prepare and maintain Trial Balance and assist in month-end closing activities.




- Ensure proper accounting of expenses, purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Coordinate and maintain records related to logistics, dispatches, transportation, and delivery documentation.
- Reconcile customer/vendor balances and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and logistics partners whenever required.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS as required by management.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally, strong Excel knowledge, and the ability to independently handle accounting operations, GST/TDS, invoicing, reconciliations, and logistics-related documentation.
