Ensure enough delivery partners are available during every shift.
Manage attendance, shift planning, onboarding, and retention.
Arrange backup riders during peak hours and absenteeism.
Maintain on-time delivery performance.
Monitor order allocation, dispatch delays, and delivery exceptions.
Coordinate with dark-store managers and operations teams.
Track delivery TAT (turnaround time).
Monitor order fulfilment, rider productivity, and cancellation rates.
Review daily EOD reports and take corrective action.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
