Blue Waves Media is a marketing and business communication company offering OOH Advertising, Outdoor Media, OTT Advertising, Radio Advertising, Print Media, Digital Marketing, WhatsApp Business Solutions, RCS Messaging, SMS Marketing and Integrated Brand Promotion Campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

Applicants must have 3–6 years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, OOH/Outdoor Media, OTT Advertising, Radio Advertising, Print Advertising, Brand Solutions, Advertising Agencies, Media Buying/Planning, Sponsorship Sales or Agency Client Servicing. Candidates from non-media sales backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business from advertisers, brands, agencies and corporate clients.
- Sell OOH, Outdoor Advertising, Transit Media, OTT Advertising, Radio Advertising, Print Advertising, Sponsorship Opportunities and Integrated Advertising Solutions.
- Identify business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, outbound outreach and client meetings.
- Understand client objectives, target audience, budgets and campaign requirements.
- Prepare media plans, presentations, proposals and commercial quotations.
- Present advertising solutions, negotiate commercials and close business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertisers, media agencies and decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to campaign execution and account growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams, media partners and vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Track revenue targets, collections, sales pipeline and account performance.
- Generate repeat business through renewals, upselling and long-term client retention.

Requirements

- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Solid understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem.
- Experience creating media plans, proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.




- Working knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools for proposal creation, media planning, sales tracking and pipeline management.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.

- Existing relationships with advertisers, media agencies, media planners, marketing heads, brand managers or corporate decision-makers.
- Exposure to Digital Advertising, WhatsApp Business, RCS Messaging, SMS Marketing, or integrated marketing campaigns.
