We are looking for a **confident and professional Telecaller / Customer Support Executive** to join our team for customer communication and support related to our **nutraceutical products**.

**Responsibilities:**

* Call customers and provide product and order-related information.

* Explain company-approved product information clearly and professionally.

* Follow up with customers regarding their orders.

* Provide shipment and delivery updates.

* Share tracking details with customers through WhatsApp or phone.

* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

* Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team when required.

* Maintain customer call and follow-up records.

**Requirements:**





* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Confident and polite telephone communication.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.

* Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.

* Telecalling, customer support, sales, or nutraceutical/pharma experience is an advantage.

* Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.

**Key:** Candidates should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and following a company-provided communication/product information script.
