Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients professionally.
- Handle patient registration and appointment-related queries.
- Manage incoming calls and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate with patients, doctors, and internal departments.
- Handle billing, reports, and basic documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and data.
- Handle sample/report-related queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Ensure smooth front-desk operations.
- Basic computer knowledge and positive communication skills are required.
