JOB DESCRIPTION:

RoViTeck Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join our Salem team for the following positions:

1. Revit Facade BIM Modeler

2. Lead Structural Engineer

3. RebarCAD / CADS RC Draftsman

4. Tekla Modeler / Detailer

1. REVIT FACADE BIM MODELER

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate facade BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare detailed facade models and drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural and structural drawings.
- Review model accuracy, dimensions, levels, and connections.
- Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues.
- Prepare BIM deliverables as per client standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, detailers, and project teams.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in Revit and facade BIM modelling.
- Knowledge of BIM modelling and drawing preparation.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.

2. LEAD STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage structural design and engineering activities.
- Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and drawings.
- Coordinate with design, detailing, BIM, and project teams.
- Ensure structural designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Review structural models and identify technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design team members.




- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders when required.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.

Qualification:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering will be an advantage.
- Strong experience in structural design and analysis.
- Good knowledge of RCC / structural steel design.
- Experience with structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian / International structural standards.
- Leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

3. REBARCAD / CADS RC DRAFTSMAN

Responsibilities:

- Prepare reinforcement drawings using RebarCAD / CADS RC.
- Prepare detailed rebar drawings for structural elements.
- Develop reinforcement detailing based on structural design drawings.
- Prepare bar bending schedules and reinforcement details.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, bar marks, and reinforcement requirements.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and detailing teams.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and raise technical queries.
- Ensure drawings comply with project and client requirements.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience in RebarCAD or CADS RC.
- Knowledge of RCC reinforcement detailing.
- Ability to read structural drawings.
- Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules.
- Good attention to detail and drawing accuracy.

4. TEKLA MODELER / DETAILER

Responsibilities:

- Develop structural steel models using Tekla Structures.
- Prepare GA, fabrication, shop, assembly, and erection drawings.




- Model structural steel members including columns, beams, braces, stairs, platforms, and miscellaneous steel.
- Prepare accurate fabrication and detailing drawings as per project requirements.
- Check model and drawing accuracy before submission.
- Coordinate with engineers, checkers, and project teams.
- Identify and resolve modelling and detailing issues.
- Work according to client specifications and applicable international standards.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Tekla Structures.
- Experience in structural steel modelling and detailing.
- Knowledge of GA and fabrication drawings.
- Ability to read and understand structural steel drawings.
- Knowledge of AISC / AS / BS / IS / other international standards will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.

- Willingness to learn new software and technologies.

EDUCATION:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines, depending on the position.
