Position description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced skilled to lead and manage operations within the RMHS department at Jindal Stainless Limited, a prominent player in the Mining & Metals industry. The role demands strategic oversight of operational processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals by optimizing resource utilization and maintaining high-quality standards in stainless steel production and related operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee daily operations within the RMHS department to ensure seamless workflow and achievement of production targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, and maintenance to ensure integrated operational processes.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards specific to the Mining & Metals industry, promoting a culture of safety.




- Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to reduce waste and improve quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all operational activities.
