Role & Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate the Real Estate Sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-ups to site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct daily team meetings, provide sales guidance and support team members in converting leads.
- Handle important client interactions and assist the team during negotiations and closures.
- Generate business through leads, references, channel partners and other sources.
- Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline, site visits, bookings and collections.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their sales performance and conversion ratio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and timely updates on all active prospects.
- Share regular sales reports and performance updates with management.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in a Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Sales Manager role.
- Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market.
- Proven experience in handling and managing a sales team.
- Strong track record of achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Valuable knowledge of lead generation, site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Excellent communication, leadership and client-handling skills.
- Candidates currently working in Real Estate Sales and looking for a Team Leader / Manager-level opportunity are preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales experience and relevant team-handling exposure may also be considered.
- Candidate should be comfortable commuting to our Baner, Pune office.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
