Job Responsibilities

- Perform welding activities as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand welding symbols, drawings, and measurements.
- Perform MIG / TIG / Arc welding as required.
- Weld and fabricate components as per required dimensions and quality standards.
- Check weld quality and ensure proper finishing.
- Operate welding machines and related tools safely.
- Identify and rectify welding defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut, and improper joints.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to complete work as per schedule.
- Maintain welding equipment and report any machine issues.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Welding or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 3–8 years of relevant welding experience,



preferably in a manufacturing/engineering industry.
- Positive knowledge of welding processes and fabrication.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments and basic tools.
- Should be willing to work in shifts if required.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
