Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Statistics to join our Academic Content / Research & Analytics team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Statistics, statistical problem-solving, academic content development, and data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate statistical solutions, reviewing academic content, creating assessments, and supporting research and data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate, well-structured, and step-by-step solutions for statistics-related questions and problems.
- Create academic content, assessments, question banks, lesson plans, explanations, and instructional materials.
- Review and validate statistical content for accuracy, conceptual clarity, and quality.
- Apply appropriate statistical techniques to academic, research, and data-driven projects.
- Interpret statistical results and explain complex concepts in a straightforward and understandable manner.
- Support the preparation and review of research reports, case studies, and analytical content.
- Ensure all statistical calculations, methodologies, and interpretations are accurate.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to internal teams when required.
- Stay updated with developments in Statistics, Data Analytics, AI, and statistical software/tools.

- Strong written communication and academic writing skills.

Desired Skills

- Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, , SPSS, SAS, Stata, or Python.
- Experience in academic content creation, teaching, research, or statistical problem-solving.
- Ability to develop and review statistical questions, solutions, assessments, and research content.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to explain complex statistical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms or academic content development is an added advantage.
