Job Description – Accountant (Fresher)

Position: Accountant – Fresher
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Location: Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial documents.
- Enter purchase, sales, receipt, and payment transactions.
- Assist with Tally / accounting software and Excel work.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and basic accounting activities.
- Check bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of accounts-related documents.
- Assist the senior accountant with monthly reports and other accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments for required financial information.

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or related qualification.
- Freshers can apply.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate's skills.
