Production:

- Support day-to-day production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Monitor machine productivity, output and production targets.
- Assist in CNC/VMC machining process monitoring.
- Coordinate with operators, setters and supervisors.
- Support production planning and achieve daily targets.
- Identify production issues and support corrective actions.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.

Quality:

- Support inspection and quality control activities. Understand and follow quality standards and work instructions.
- Assist in monitoring process quality and identifying defects. Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain inspection and quality-related records. Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to reduce rejection and rework.
- Support implementation of customer and internal quality requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
