We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with customers, generate leads, promote water purifier products and services, and support the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads for water purifier sales,servicing, and replacement of filters/spares.
- Explain products, services, offers, to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments or sales opportunities.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide basic information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with previous customers for service, , and filter replacement.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain qualified communication with customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th standard qualification preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience is preferred but freshers can apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Good listening and convincing skills.

Salary

₹8000per month + performance incentives for freshers.
