Responsibilities of Sr. BDM – Domestic / International for VoIP Products

- Establish market position by determining, developing, defining, adjusting, and closing business relationships.
- Comprehensively identify trendsetter ideas by examining the VoIP industry, related events, publications, and announcements and tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Discover or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, identifying and exploring opportunities
- Monitor potential business deals by analyzing market strategies and deal requirements in prospective and financial terms, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities,



and recommending equity investments
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations, inspecting for risks and potentials, and evaluating partners’ needs and goals
- Complete the business deals by coordinating for requirements, developing and settling contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
