With a creative legacy dating back to 1915 in Srinagar, Mahatta Art specialises in premium wall décor, wallpapers, wall art, custom framing, print-to-frame and gallery wall solutions. We combine design expertise, in-house printing and framing, and AI-assisted recommendations to help customers transform their spaces.

Your Role

Help customers find the perfect wall décor solutions by combining product knowledge, aesthetic guidance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide customers on wall art, print-to-frame, frames, mounts, glass, collages and wallpapers.
- Recommend suitable sizes, colours, finishes and combinations for different spaces.
- Manage P2F configurations, pricing details and order accuracy before production.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Support sales conversions through expert product guidance and customer service.
- Share customer feedback and product ideas to improve our offerings.

Who We’re Looking For





- 2–4 years of experience in home décor, furnishings, art retail, framing, furniture or interior styling.
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Customer-focused, digitally comfortable and eager to learn recent products and AI-assisted tools.
- Interior design qualifications are a plus, but not mandatory.

Ideal Backgrounds: Home Décor Consultant, Framing Consultant, Art Consultant, Home Furnishing Advisor or Retail Product Consultant.

This is a product-specialist role, not a CAD drafting, site-execution or pure telecalling position.
