Placement CoordinatorJob Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Placement Coordinator to manage relationships with colleges/universities and coordinate placement activities. The role involves working closely with TPOs, placement cells, students, and internal recruitment/business teams to ensure smooth execution of campus hiring and placement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain relationships with college/university placement cells and TPOs.
- Coordinate with institutions for campus placement drives, virtual hiring drives, webinars, and student engagement activities.
- Identify and onboard new colleges/universities for placement partnerships.
- Connect with TPOs and placement coordinators through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Share job descriptions, eligibility criteria, company information, and drive details with institutions.
- Coordinate candidate registrations, resume collection, screening, interview schedules, and selection processes.
- Maintain and regularly update a database of colleges, TPOs, placement officers, and student candidates.
- Follow up with colleges to ensure timely participation and completion of placement activities.
- Coordinate internally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Sales, and Business teams for smooth execution of drives.
- Track placement drive performance, candidate participation, selections, and joining status.
- Prepare regular reports and MIS on campus engagement and placement activities.
- Support college visits,



placement events, job fairs, and other institutional engagement initiatives.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling email communication.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic MIS reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple colleges and activities simultaneously.
- Presentable, confident, and professional approach.

Preferred Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in placement coordination, campus recruitment, institutional sales, university relations, EdTech, HR recruitment, or a similar role.
- Experience working with TPOs, placement cells, colleges, and universities will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills can also be considered.

Key Performance Indicators

- Number of new college/university partnerships established.
- Number of placement drives coordinated successfully.
- Student participation and registration numbers.
- TPO/college engagement and response rate.
- Candidate conversion from registration to interview/selection.
- Timely execution and closure of placement drives.
- Quality and accuracy of placement MIS/database.

Pay: ₹10,155.01 - ₹34,908.37 per month
