Because our technology supports critical domains like clinical research, pharmacovigilance, and medical device vigilance, we require rock-solid engineering. We operate without siloed roles—no separate QA, DevOps, or script-runners. Every engineer owns features from concept to production.

The Role
Most of our codebase is generated and accelerated by AI coding agents. Because of this, we need engineers with deep, bare-metal software foundations. If an AI writes buggy Java logic, you must be able to spot it, debug it, refactor it, compile it via the command line, and ship it.

You cannot hide behind graphical IDE buttons or auto-complete frameworks here. We are looking for true builders who understand raw code deeply.

Core Responsibilities

- Apply Java OOP.
- Compile via CLI.
- Run terminal commands.
- Debug raw code.
- Build AI products.
- Direct AI agents.
- Review generated code.
- Write automated tests.
- Ship to production.
- Own features end-to-end.

Strict Requirements





- Java Fundamentals: 2 to 5 years of production experience. Deep grasp of classes, inheritance, polymorphism, and runtime mechanics.
- CLI Fluency: You must be able to navigate Linux/macOS, compile (javac), run, and troubleshoot code directly from the terminal.
- AI-Native Mindset: Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or agent frameworks.
- Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Experience writing automated tests (e.g., Playwright) and deploying production code.
