About AlverConnect

AlverConnect is a healthcare staffing connectivity platform that connects doctors and hospitals for sessional and full-time staffing requirements. We are expanding our network and looking for motivated candidates to strengthen our field marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, clinics and doctors to introduce and promote AlverConnect.
- Generate new leads and bring hospitals and doctors onto the AlverConnect platform through successful registrations.
- Achieve daily field visit targets and monthly registration targets.
- Explain the platform's features, benefits and registration process to prospective users.
- Build qualified relationships with hospital administrators, management and doctors.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into completed registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads,



follow-ups and registrations.
- Submit daily activity reports and provide regular updates on field performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching and interacting with hospital administrators and doctors.
- Willingness to travel and perform regular field visits.
- Ability to persuade prospective users, handle objections and follow up effectively.
- A target-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving registrations.
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
