Job Title: Franchise Development Manager
Location: Sinhgad Road
Salary: Up to Rs. 50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Role:
We are looking for a confident Franchisee Development Manager who can own the entire sales cycle from Lead to Launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Lead Identification & Development
- End-to-End Deal Closure (FOFO / FICO Models)
- Revenue Generation & Collection
- Franchisee Onboarding & Internal Coordination
- Complete Ownership from Conversion to Store Launch
Required:
- with Excellent Pitching & Communication Skills
- Qualification MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred
- 2-3 Yrs Exp in Franchise Development / Business Development / Sales
- Experience in Retail / F&B; / QSR preferred
- Solid negotiation & closing skills
