Job Title: Field & Marketing Sales Executive

Job Summmary
This role manages property sales, client visits, marketing, and the end-to-end documentation process—from taking booking forms and processing home loans to preparing sale agreements and assisting with final property registration.

Key Responsibilities
* Contact leads to understand their property preferences, budget, and timeline.
* Take clients on site visits, explaining unit layouts, payment plans, and project amenities.
* Negotiate deal terms within company guidelines and guide buyers through the initial booking step.
* Manage the final property registration process, stamp duty payment, and key handover paperwork.
* Keep customer files, payment schedules, and legal records complete and up to date.




* Build connections with local real estate brokers and channel partners.
* Prepare booking applications, allotment letters, and Sale Agreements.

Preferred Skills
*Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, home loan procedures, and legal agreements.
* Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, CRM software).
* Personal vehicle for site visits and visits to bank or registrar offices.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
