Job Location: PUNE.
Experienced required: 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and chats
- provide accurate product information and customer support.
- process customer orders and track deliveries.
- coordinate with internal departmetns for smooth order execution.
- maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
- resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tool
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and work effectively in a team
Candidate preferred staying @ kharadi, viman nagar , chandan nagar, wagholi, lonikand, koregoan Bima, Hadapsar- Magarpatta
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
