FIELD EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Field Executive

Department: Sales / Operations

Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years

Location: Gopalganj, Bihar

Job Responsibilities:

- Visit customers, clients, and assigned locations regularly.

- Generate new leads and follow up with existing customers.

- Explain company products/services to customers.

- Handle customer queries and maintain good relationships.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly targets.

- Collect and update customer information.

- Coordinate with the sales and office teams.

- Prepare daily visit and sales reports.

- Conduct market visits and identify current business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to travel within the assigned area.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Freshers can apply.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + incentives (depending on experience and company).

Pay: ₹10,511.69 - ₹30,175.68 per month
