Job Details

- Location: Mysuru, Karnataka — Work from office

- Salary: ₹18,000 per month

- Shift: Rotational

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates

- Candidate requirement: Male candidates, preferred

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls professionally in Telugu.

- Understand customer queries and provide accurate assistance.

- Record customer interactions and update system records.

- Follow process guidelines and escalate unresolved issues.

- Maintain customer confidentiality and service quality.

Requirements

- Fluent spoken Telugu with clear communication.





- Valuable listening skills and a customer-service mindset.

- Basic computer and data-entry skills.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts from the Mysuru office.

- Ability to clear the client’s prescribed Versant/Voice4 communication assessment.

Candidates willing to relocate to Mysuru are welcome.
